Luxembourg Afro-Black Excellence Leaders (LABEL) is a community-driven platform dedicated to nurturing and amplifying African, Caribbean, and Black excellence.
Born from a need for visibility
LABEL was founded in 2023 from a clear and urgent need: greater visibility, stronger connection, and deeper belonging for African, Caribbean, and Black communities in Luxembourg.
Across the country, there is an abundance of talent, creativity, and entrepreneurship — yet too often, these voices and stories remain underrepresented. LABEL was created to change that narrative.
What began as a community-driven initiative has quickly evolved into a growing platform that brings people together through cultural experiences, professional engagement, and economic empowerment.
From curated events to business visibility and youth programming, LABEL is building the foundation for a more connected and thriving ecosystem.
We are not only creating spaces for today — we are intentionally building legacy for the future.
